We are a locally owned and operated gym in Covington. GA. We pride ourselves on our warm, friendly, and enthusiastic atmosphere! We want all of our members and guests to feel welcomed and appreciated! Our goal is to create the FITTEST community in the United States. Our facility is wheelchair accessible.​

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Thursday: 5:00AM - 10:00PM

Friday: 5:00AM - 9:00PM

Saturday: 8:00AM - 8:00PM

Sunday: 10:00AM - 8:00PM

Indoor Pool and Hot Tub

  • Heated Indoor Pool that is 87-89 °F

  • Hot Tub that is 104 °F

  • 50 feet long

  • Pool Lane reservation 24 hours in advance

  • 1 hour reservation limit

Dry Sauna

  • Located in the men and women's locker rooms

  • Temperature ranges between 170 °F - 190 °F

  • Must wear appropriate attire
