Aqua Gold uses the properties of water resistance to get in shape while minimizing the impact to joints and back. Aqua classes are of moderate intensity and improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance. The classes are great for all, but especially great for senior adults, beginners, and those desiring a lower impact workout. No swimming ability required, FUN provided.(45-60 minutes)

PowerSplash classes are high-energy, low-impact aqua fitness classes designed for all ages and all skill and fitness levels. This class is pure FUN as you are challenged with powerful invigorating movements through the water.  Modifications are provided. Aqua bells are used to enhance strength training. (60 minutes)

20-20-20 classes provide an exciting, challenging mix of sports conditioning, step aerobics, and sculpting/toning(20 minutes of each) guaranteed to take the boredom out of your workout! (60 minutes)

BODYPUMP® is the fastest way in the universe to get in shape! BODYPUMP® is the original pre-choreographed barbell class that focuses on strength and endurance in which music and muscle collide! It is low on complexity but high on fun! BODYPUMP® has all of the benefits of traditional weight lifting combined with time efficiency and predictability. BODYPUMP is great for “EVERY BODY”. 60 minutes)

BOOT CAMP is a 45 minute interval training class that pushes you through drills to strengthen and condition your body. FUNctional training is emphasized using your own body weight. Weights may be used to overload the muscles.Exercises/drills challenge fast and slow twitch muscles.Exercises are low in complexity, but are designed to bring out the athlete in YOU! (45 minutes)

CYCLING is a great cardio, fat burning workout on an indoor stationary bike. Indoor cycling is great for beginners as well as for elite athletes because you control the intensity as you cycle flat roads, rolling hills, and killer hills. It is the most FUN you will have on a bike! Our cycling studio is located upstairs. Our indoor bikes feature individualized computers to give you immediate feedback regarding your RPMs, gear, time, and power. (45 minutes-60 minutes)

FITNESS GOLD is ideal for members wanting a low impact cardio workout combined with strength and stretching. Chairs are used for support and balance. Hand held weights, small balls, and tubing are used for resistance training. The class consists of FUN, easy-to-follow exercises to increase cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, balance and flexibility. Great for beginners and seniors! (45 minutes)

Line Dance classes will get you moving as you learn low-impact line dances with others. Great for senior adults and beginners. Low in complexity, but high in FUN!! (45-60 minutes)

PILATES is a progressive form of integrative functional training utilizing your “core” muscles to improve and increase overall strength, flexibility and balance. The emphasis is on building long lean muscles. This is a mat based class. (45 minutes)

POUND® is a full-body, easy to follow, cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. Through continual upper body movement using lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix® , you'll turn into a calorie-torching drummer POUNDing off pounds! The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400-800+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique--all while rocking out to your favorite music! (45 minutes)

1,2 STEP  is a simple, FUN cardio workout using an adjustable platform to step up and down to uplifting music. Benefits include improved cardiovascular fitness and upper and lower body toning and conditioning. The “+” includes abdominal work. (60 minutes)

Tai Chi is a program for better living that is recommended by physicians and the Arthritis Foundation. The class utilizes gentle Sun-Style Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn and suitable for every fitness level. This program developed by Dr. Pau Lam is based on the ancient practice proven to reduce pain, improve mental and physical well-being. Added benefits include stress reduction, improvement in balance and relaxation. (60 minutes)

Yoga classes enhance your flexibility, strength and mental well-being—all important yet often overlooked areas of fitness. Take time out for yourself—you deserve it! Yoga is practiced in your bare feet. You may want to bring your own yoga mat, however, regular athletic mats are available. (45 minutes)

ZUMBA® is “exercise in disguise” where every class is YOUR PARTY! This is a cardio-latin dance class that is FUN and easy to follow. Reap cardiovascular, calorie and fat burning, and toning benefits while having a party with others! (60 minutes)

Yoga Stretch is a SilverSneakers® Yoga class that will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. (45 minutes)
